The xTool S1 is the first enclosed 40W diode laser, combining eight 6W lasers to deliver cutting performance close to CO2 machines. It cuts wood up to 18mm thick in a single pass, cuts paper, MDF, leather, felt and opaque acrylic, and engraves stainless steel, dark glass, wood, leather, fabric, ceramic, marble and coated metal.

It comes with an enclosed cover with a dual blue and red light filter that eliminates the need for safety goggles, a 100 CFM exhaust fan, five-direction flame sensors, automatic shut-off when the cover is opened, and an emergency stop button. The Deluxe Kit bundle includes the machine with Air Assist, Honeycomb, RA2 PRO and Riser Base, for larger and more precise projects.
